3. Candidate and Intern Responsibilities
Candidates and interns are responsible for submitting accurate, lawful, and current information. By submitting a CV, resume, profile, or note, you confirm that you have the right to share it with UrgentRecruite for recruitment-related review and matching.
- Do not submit false qualifications, misleading employment history, forged documents, or information that belongs to someone else.
- Do not include confidential information from a current or former employer unless you are authorized to disclose it.
- Keep your contact details and availability information accurate if you continue to engage with us.
- Understand that submitting a profile does not guarantee selection, interview, placement, internship, employment, or employer response.
4. Employer and Recruiter Responsibilities
Employers, recruiters, and organizations are responsible for submitting accurate hiring needs, lawful job requirements, and appropriate company contact information. You must use candidate or intern information only for legitimate recruitment evaluation connected to the request for which the profile was shared.
- Do not request or use candidate information for discrimination, harassment, spam, resale, unrelated marketing, or unlawful profiling.
- Do not attempt to bypass unlock, payment, or access controls for standard shortlist profiles.
- For free intern shortlist requests, use shared intern information only to evaluate and contact interns for legitimate internship opportunities.
- Comply with employment, equality, immigration, data protection, and recruitment laws that apply to your organization and location.
5. User Obligations
All users must use the website lawfully, respectfully, and only for the purposes made available by UrgentRecruite. You must not interfere with the website, misuse forms, upload malicious files, submit automated spam, scrape private data, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, files, profiles, or admin areas.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use the website to learn about UrgentRecruite, submit lawful recruitment-related information, request hiring support, request free intern shortlists, contact us, and review publicly available service information.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Uploading malware, scripts, corrupted files, or harmful content.
- Submitting personal data without authority or consent where required.
- Using the website to discriminate unlawfully, harass candidates, or make deceptive offers.
- Attempting to identify anonymous candidates before profile unlock or approved sharing.

8. Shortlists, Intern Shortlists, and Candidate Information
UrgentRecruite may provide anonymous or redacted candidate previews for standard employer shortlists. Full candidate contact details may be made available only through the relevant unlock, payment, or approved access workflow. Free intern shortlist workflows may allow requesting organizations to review and download selected intern profile details without shortlist fees, subject to these Terms and lawful recruitment use.
Profile summaries, job advert drafts, and shortlist materials are provided to support recruitment decisions. Employers remain responsible for final hiring decisions, employment checks, interviews, contracts, background checks, right-to-work checks, and compliance with applicable employment laws.
9. Fees and Payment
Where paid profile unlocks or other paid services apply, any stated pricing, payment status, or fee model is subject to confirmation by UrgentRecruite. Intern shortlist requests may be offered free for organizations as described on the website, but UrgentRecruite may update or withdraw offers where necessary. Any paid service terms agreed separately will take priority over this website summary.
10. Intellectual Property
The website design, text, branding, layout, software, workflows, profile summaries, shortlist presentation, and other materials are owned by or licensed to UrgentRecruite, except for user-submitted content and third-party assets. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, sell, or distribute UrgentRecruite materials without written permission.
Users retain ownership of CVs, resumes, job descriptions, and other content they submit, but grant UrgentRecruite a permission to store, process, review, summarize, and share that content as needed to provide recruitment services and operate the website.

By using the website, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed for recruitment, shortlist, communication, analytics, security, and legal purposes as described there. 13. Limitation of Liability
